Claymaker’s Gallery is excited to present “Drawn to Clay: Vessels Emblazoned”. This special exhibition gathers together 20 of North Carolina’s most talented potters and ceramic artists who embellish their ceramic vessels with imagery and narrative. Each potter and ceramic artist in this show is known for their unique approach for enlivening the surfaces of their ceramic vessels with imagery. The exhibit includes Blaine Avery, Naomi Dalglish, Susan Feagin, Corinne Fox, Carol Gentithes, Bruce Gholson, Samantha Heneke, Michael Hunt, Fred Johnston, Matt Kelleher, Michael Kline, Laura Korch, Jennifer Mecca, Kelly O'Briant, Gillian Parke, Ronan Peterson, Ron Philbeck, Amy Sanders, Jennifer Stas, and Shoko Teruyama. The show opens Friday, August 21, with an opening reception from 6-9pm.
