Music Explorium has been facilitating hands-on rhythm events for fun, education and community building since 2003. The evening will feature multiple performers. Sancta is a women’s frame drumming troupe that performs throughout the Triangle area. Triangle Playback Theater is an original form of improvisational theater in which audience or group members tell stories from their lives and watch them enacted on the spot. The Triangle Soundpainting Orchestra was created in 2007 under the direction of Shannon Morrow. The ensemble is composed of 15 musicians who explore composition and sound relationships through improvisatory works.
