THROUGH THIS LENS gallery is pleased to present “Andy Fleishman: Starting with Photography” from February 17th through March 14th, 2012

Sculptor/Designer Andy Fleishman’s new photographic work embraces the camera as well as digital design. Mr. Fleishman's photography is created by both conventional images and cutting-edge modern technology. The work shown at THROUGH THIS LENS explores how he incorporates these extraordinary tools into his personal way of making art.

Original photographs, sculptures and paintings, handcrafted and digital surface designs, artist-created repetitive patterns, along with found objects, wind their way into this unique exhibition. Mr. Fleishman finds that working with pixels is like building art from any other material. He creates until the piece is finished.

Mr. Fleishman’s inspiration can be found in "… finding the perfect curve… illusion… the beauty of white lines on a summer road…” By means of the images shown at THROUGH THIS LENS, Mr. Fleishman strives to present each captivating surface, in a way that will show the audience that it’s only a veil.
